I’m Sophie Bartels, founder of Bartels Fitness and creator of the PREFORM App.
I grew up playing volleyball, swimming, and running track — constantly chasing performance, but never taught how to recover or rebuild properly. Years of overtraining, surgeries, and pain shaped my journey into what I now coach today: bridging the gap between prehab and performance.
After years in the strength and conditioning field, I realized that most former athletes don’t need more intensity — they need structure, support, and a coach who understands pain, plateaus, and the drive to move like an athlete again.
My mission is to help you:
